Well-known young adult authors Hannah Barnaby (Some of the Parts), Kelly Fiore (Thicker Than Water), and Lamar Giles (Endangered) participate in a panel discussion about family dynamics and sibling relationships in their literature. Using a variety of experiences from their own work, these authors will engage teens and adults alike in the consideration of what it means to write about family.
Why should you attend?
What would you write about a brother or sister? What would you want them to write about you? Why can you say whatever you want about a sibling, but heaven help someone else who may say something bad? Will we figure all this out, or simply have fun talking about it? Come and see!
